Replacement policy:

Marfood USA takes every product concern seriously. We ask that you return your purchased product in question to our office so that it can be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department to research the reason for the occurrence and prevent it from happening in the future. For your assistance in helping us strive for excellence in quality, we will send you double replacement for your return – one package to cover the cost of shipping the packaging with its remaining contents to us, and the other bag is the actual replacement package for your purchased product.
