We start by using only all natural, grass fed beef-the same as all our other meat snack products. After passing inspection, the Brisket process begins.

When preparing meals at home, different cuts of meat call for different preparation and cooking. It’s no different in our plants. We built our Brisket process from scratch, creating a marination and smoking protocol used only for Brisket. New equipment and redesigned flow ensure that our Briskets travel through the process in exacting detail, and that includes the specific way – the only way – our Briskets are allowed to load into the equipment. And the specific way – the only way – we allow our Briskets to be sliced.

The result is a unique and satisfying jerky eating experience with more consistency in piece size, flavor dispersal and most importantly what the Beef Jerky user expects.
